Program highlights:

• Become a competent manager and leader who has the skills necessary to make effective decisions concerning organizational resources, goals, and plans.
  


• Develop the skills to operate, plan, and control business systems and procedures related to employee motivation.
  


• Master the skills necessary to apply social, legal, environmental, technological, organizational, and international processes within which businesses operate.
  


• Management and Leadership program graduates may pursue positions such as human resource manager, manufacturing supervisor, compensation specialist, sales manager, training manager, director, or chief executive.
