Real Estate Salesperson Course
Start a new career in one of the hottest markets - real estate. This 45-hour course, presented by the Dowling Institute in conjunction with the American Real Estate School, is the prerequisite to applying for the New York State Salesperson license. This course includes all of the topics in the new Department of State curriculum. There will be an additional fee of $40 for the textbook. Adult CPR
This course will provide you with the skills and techniques needed to save the life of an adult according to the American Heart Association. You will learn how to recognize the signs of heart attacks, explain how to activate EMS, and adult CPR. You will also learn recovery position, rescue breathing, foreign airway obstruction and two person CPR. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be CPR awarded by the American Heart Association for two years. Textbook included in the fee.

S.M.A.R.T. Personal Trainer Certification Course
The Dowling Institute is offering this practical, informative and comprehensive course for certification as a Personal Trainer. The Scientific Management of Anatomical Responsive Training (S.M.A.R.T) is a 15-hour course that covers all aspects of weight training for personal trainers.
