The Dowling Institute offers several courses of interest to residents and local businesses.

Most of these courses provide computer training because virtually every area of modern life has been affected by the personal computer. If you are not currently using a computer, you probably will be in the near future. And if you are, you know how important computer skills are in the performance of your work responsibilities.

These courses have been designed to enable you to use a specific computer program, quickly and effectively. While you will learn the theoretical concepts you need to know, the focus of these courses is to provide you with practical knowledge. At the end of each course, you will have gained useful computer skills.
