Myth, Fairytale, and Fantasy Literature at the Dowling Library

On Tuesday, April 21, William Blydenburgh, Manager of Library Systems and Services, and Dr. William Indick, Professor of Psychology, delivered a joint presentation on the subject of fantasy literature. Mr. Blydenburgh discussed the role of humour in J.R.R. Tolkien’s fiction, and Dr. Indick discussed the psychological meanings of symbols found in Myth, Fairytale, and Fantasy literature.
